Protect In Peace: Building Our Legacy Together.
Violence doesn’t just impact individuals—it affects families, communities, and future generations. The Protect in Peace (PIP) Initiative is St. Luke Legacy Center's bold response to this challenge. Designed to eqip youth, families, and communities, PIP combines trauma-informed care, skill-building workshops, and family support groups to address the root causes of violence and foster resilience.

Learn life-saving skills like wound packing, tourniquet use, and pressure application in this free monthly training open to all ages.
Protect Your Crown
A women-focused firearm safety course combining hands-on training with an empowering experience, including brunch, mocktails, and photography.
Gun Safety & Concealed Weapons Classes
Comprehensive firearm education for all ages. Quarterly and monthly sessions provide foundational and advanced training.
Community Legacy Circles
Trauma-informed support groups for families, guardians, and youth to connect, heal, and grow stronger together.

Jackson Ward Grand Opening
Located in the historic St. Luke Building, once home to Maggie L. Walker's businesses, the St. Luke Legacy Center proudly opened its second location in the heart of Jackson Ward.

Warner Event
In 2021 we welcomed former Governor of Virginia and State Senator Mark Warner for a conversation about the state of Black business in the midst of the pandemic in Richmond, VA.

Laburnum Grand Opening
On April 3rd, the St. Luke Legacy Center expanded its reach by inaugurating its third location on Laburnum Ave. Committed to its mission as a community development center, it continues to offer comprehensive wraparound services catering to the needs of the entire family.
