About the Event

"The Fourth Trimester" program focuses on the essential aspect of postpartum mental health, providing vital support to mothers, fathers, and their families during this transformative period. This year-round initiative, developed in collaboration with The Diverse Birth Collective and A New Legacy Family Services, offers targeted assistance to new parents in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. The program's comprehensive approach includes postpartum doula and mental health support, educational resources, and community nurturing, all designed to support the well-being of the entire family during the critical postpartum months.

Thank you to the Richmond Health Equity Fund and the Robin's Foundation for funding this important maternal mental health work!
